Expanding Members relaunched
What is the Expanding Members Club? A message from David Knapp ... Welcome to the new season. This year it is my priority to have the Expanding Members Club up and running effectively. Otherwise known as the 100 club the aim of the exercise is to raise money for the club whilst giving the members a chance to win monthly cash prizes. Although the 100 club has been in existence and running for some many years I have singularly failed to run it in the way it should be run. The process is for members to set up a standing order for at least £1.00 per month. Each £1.00 paid entitles you to a number. At the end of each month 3 numbers are drawn out of a hat and a cash prize of £30.00 is given to the first number drawn out, £20.00 to the second and £10.00 to the third. So, for £12.00 per year you could win £360.00 if your ball is drawn out first time every month ! Questions would be raised though. Currently we have about £80.00 going in every month. Once we reach a certain monthly income the prizes will either be increased in amount or number. We can all afford at least £1.00 per month so can you please complete the attached standing order form and either give it to your bank or to your team captain so they can hand them to Martin Williamson and drop me an email - dsk@hartbrown.co.uk - confirming the amount or the standing order so I can include you in the draw for the month your first standing order hits the account. Remember the more numbers you buy at £1 each the more chance you have of winning. How the Expanding Members Club works Participants will set up a monthly direct debit into the EMC's account and at the end of each month there will be a draw and 3 prizes issued. The amount you give each month can be £1 or as many £s as you like. The more you put in the greater the chances of winning as not everyone will put in more than £1.00. On previous 100 clubs members put in up to £10 per month. The more members the higher the prizes as the income dictates the level of prizes.To make it easy blank direct debit mandates shall be given to each team captain with my telling them to be on your backs every week to become an expanding member - after all we would all like to feel the benefit of being a successful expanding member. This is a simple and inexpensive way of raising money for the club whilst standing a good chance of making a profit in the meantime.
